With fewer than 24 hours to go before the first “Breaking Dawn Part I” teaser airs at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, details of what we might see are already being leaked. A Tumblr user called “MTVInsider” did not post video, but claims to have the detailed storyboard for the trailer, and posted the following text:
The trailer starts like most of the other Twilight trailers, a aerial shot of trees. We then see the Cullen’s setting up for a wedding.
TITLE CARD – You are cordially invited
Wedding guests stand up and look around.
Bella holds on to someone’s arm (most likely Charlies)
Shot of Bella’s Tiara
Edward stands at the alter
TITLE CARD – TO THE EVENT
Priest – Edward Cullen Do you take Isabella Sawn to be your wife?
Edward – I do.
Priest – You may now kiss your bride.
Edward and Bella kiss in front of everyone
TITLE CARD – THAT WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING.
They dance
They swim in a waterfall
They have sex in bed.
Bella (Looking at a pregnancy test) – Edward, I’m pregnant.
Edward – No. We have to get you to Carlisle, now.
Bella – I’m keeping it.
TITLE CARD – On November 18th
Shot of the wolfpack
Jacob – Its killing her!
Edward nods.
TITLE CARD – Forever
Bella on a chair looking weak.
Jacob runs out of a room
Rosalie rubbing Bellas stomach
TITLE CARD – IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
Bella lying on the operating table screaming.
Edward – Stay with me!
Jacob – She’s stopped breathing.

TITLE CARD – NOVEMBER 18th.
Though, without seeing the video, it is impossible to know whether this is what we can expect, fans who have read the book will recognize this as compelling. It may also give clues as to where Part I of the film will cut off, by proving which, if any, post-birth moments will be included.
