Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford filed for divorce Friday from her entrepreneur hubby, Daniel Giersch.
Giersch, 35, and Rutherford, 40, married in August 2006 and have a 2-year-old son, Hermés. Rutherford -- who plays Blake Lively's mom Lily van der Woodsen on the CW series -- is about three months pregnant with her second child.
The actress cites irreconcibale differences on the paperwork, which was submitted to a judge at Los Angeles Superior Court.
This is Rutherford's second marriage. She split from Carlos Tarajano in 2001 after just five months of marriage.
